OfficeTeam is working with multiple organizations in South Orange County in search of Customer Service Representatives on a temporary and full time basis. The Customer Service Representative will sit within a busy customer service department. The Customer Service Representative responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: - Fielding phone and email correspondence - Inputting customer orders - Scheduling and coordinating appointments - Working with internal sales, and shipping teams - Researching customer orders and providing follow up information - Administrative assistance for operations department
