This person needs to be fully fluent in English and Spanish, have excellent attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and a professional work ethic. The Customer Service Representative will be taking inbound calls, reading though a script with patients, and updating accurate patient information into a spreadsheet to send to doctors.
