Robert Half Accountemps Payroll Administrator in Langley, British Columbia

One of our clients in Langley is seeking a Payroll Clerk to join their fast-growing team! In this role, you will support the Payroll department in a variety of clerical duties, and you will be responsible for data entry, benefits, KPI's and other Human Resource duties. You should have the ability to communicate effectively with both the internal team and outside customers. Responsibilities • Deliver instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc. • Lots of manual entries (employees could be on 2 jobs the same day both paying different wages) • Payroll for 100+ employees • Experience with HRMS • Answering questions – fielding enquiries, tracking vacations and WCB • Complete ROE • Other duties as assigned

Skills/Experience • 3+ years of hands on experience at a large corporation • Must have ACCPAC experience / HRMS • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening) • Great attention to detail • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills • Ability to easily learn new systems • Experience in Sage 300 is an asset (training will be provided)
