Job Title: Administrative Assistant to Department: Administration Vice President/CFO Summary: This position performs secretarial, clerical and other related duties as they relate to the Vice President/CFO.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Types Forms 10-Q and 10-K and other reports as necessary. Reads, date stamps, sorts, and delivers incoming mail and packages. Sorts and delivers mail. Organizes, files, and maintains filing system for correspondence and other records. Answer, screen, and announce telephone calls and cover switchboard as necessary. Schedules and coordinates conference calls and meetings. Requests and prepares agendas for meetings. Records and transcribes meeting minutes. Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including emails and faxes. Prepares purchase requisitions and coordinates CARF approval process as necessary. Prepares Invoices for submission to Accounts Payable. Assists with other daily tasks as requested. Manages other projects and special events as assigned.
