Description

Responsibilities include:
Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
Lead month-end close processes and preparation of financial statements
Conduct reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a Controller level role
Strong understanding of general ledger principles and month-end close processes
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems
Ability to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Prior experience working in a larger company or corporate environment is preferred
