Robert Half Help Desk Analyst I in Linthicum, Maryland
Description We're looking for someone who excels at coming up with creative solutions to technical issues. Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment with a company in the Mortgage Companies field. We especially want to hear from Hep Desk Analyst candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization. Located in Linthicum, Maryland, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term contract / temporary to hire role.
What you get to do every single day
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Resolve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems Requirements - Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
IT support ticketing system experience desired
Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
Command of Desktop Imaging
Comprehensive knowledge of Computer Imaging
Deep understanding of Imaging Devices
Tier 1 Support experience preferred
