Your responsibilities
Provide support to attorney through all phases
Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy workload
Review a multitude of legal work, including the research and analysis of in-depth legal documents
Data base management of all relevant documents Requirements - Possessing an understanding of word processing and spreadsheets is desired
Foundational knowledge in Corporate ParaLegal
Administrative skills experience
Command of Commercial Insurance
Compliance Risk experience
Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation
