Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a well-organized system to account for financial transactions, including establishing a chart of accounts and defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
Verify, allocate, and post transactions accurately to maintain accounts.
Reconcile entries to balance accounts effectively.
Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger and maintain balance.
File documents to maintain quality historical records.
Prepare detailed financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
Create Accounts Receivable invoices, review payments received, and record deposits promptly.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a bookkeeper.
Proficiency in using accounting software for efficient recordkeeping and reporting.
