Description
One of our client is looking for a Purchasing Agent. Responsibilities of the Purchasing Agent include collaborating and negotiating with suppliers to purchase goods and services for the company. In this position you will be locating suppliers, researching goods, services and materials and processing purchasing orders.

Responsibilities
Research and compare suppliers, goods, and services
Help the purchasing department with any additional tasks
Review that received orders have all necessary information
Ensure all departments have appropriate inventory levels
Carry out data entry of daily purchase orders
Work with vendors and suppliers, always providing superior customer service
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Computer savvy - Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
Warehouse management experience
Must have professional customer service skills while working with vendors and suppliers
