Description
Real Estate Investment & Property Management Company with over 45 years in business is seeking a skilled accounts receivable specialist for its Accounting Department at the Corporate Office located in Long Beach, CA. This is a full-time, in-person position working Monday-Friday 8-5pm.
Duties and requirements include:
• In charge of all Property & Corporate deposits.
• Provide support and train Property Managers on move-ins, move-outs and leasing workflow.
• Month-end Deposit reconciliation, GPR, Aged Receivables and Write- offs.
• Journal Entries.
• Set up new properties in Yardi.
Requirements
• Must have excellent communication, organization skills and attention to detail.
• Good overview of Property Management & Real Estate Investment business.
• Experience with Cash and Accrual basis accounting.
• Experience with Yardi 7s/ RentCafe / CheckScan / CRM preferred.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel.
• Special projects will be assigned as needed
