Robert Half Health Initiatives Administrator- temp only & PART TIME in Long Beach, California
Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Health Initiatives Administration: 30%
• Supports the Health Initiatives Team with day-to-day administrative support as assigned.
• Assists with logistics for pre-health screening event preparation, virtual programming, Health & Fitness
Booths, meetings, and communications.
Healthy Athletes Events & Program Administration: 30%
• Assists with the planning and implementation of all events for the eight clinical disciplines: Fit Feet,
FUNFitness, Health Promotions, Healthy Hearing, Special Smiles, Opening Eyes, MedFest, and Strong
Minds.
• Assist with equipment and supplies in the office and storage facilities including maintenance, inventory,
distribution, and replenishing.
• Inventory Heathly Athlete supplies at storage in early October and the week of Fall Games pick up
needed supplies from storage.
• Assist with accurately transferring data collected from health screenings into the Healthy Athletes
System (HAS) Open MRS tracking system.
Fitness & Wellness Program Administration: 25%
• Fit Five Program
o Assist with administering aspects of the Fit Five program, including data collection, material,
and incentive distribution, and ordering of necessary supplies and materials.
General Administrative Duties: 15%
• Provides general administrative support for Health Initiatives, including answering phone calls, copying,
filing, mailing, supply ordering, and preparing invoices for processing. Requirements Data Entry, Data Entry - Numeric, Perform Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Coordinate Logistics
