Description
An experienced Project Manager/ Sr. Consultant is needed for this position! Join this existing team in the Longwood, Florida area as a Senior Project Manager and you could work with our local client onsite! You will strengthen your candidacy if you can be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. The ideal candidate for this position is able to effectively manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. How you will make an impact
Monitors and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Establishes schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product
Work in close collaboration and communicates with developers, technical team members, designers, and stakeholders
Manages the daily stand-ups, securing they are timely, brief, and focused
Collude with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
Contributes to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
Make sure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked
Brings together figures from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into recommendations
Sets out the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Complies with Product Owner/Product Manager to make certain that the product vision and high-level business objectives are explicit and practical
Confirms project with suitable ticket workflows and boards
Lead the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Equips detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments
Applies as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, leading scrum ceremonies, and clearing obstacles
Work in close cooperation with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst
Initiates project planning
Manages deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops
Contributes to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests
Indexes and executes the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments

Requirements
Experience managing complex cross-functional and technology projects
5+ years of project management experience
Technical experience including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience
Experience leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects
Must have superb stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization
Prior experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs
Experience in utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people
