Robert Half Office Team Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, California

A small payroll company in Marina Del Rey is in need of an Administrative Assistant to the President. This client is open to someone at more of an entry level with just 1-2 years of experience, but he would also be open to someone with a few years of experience and would pay a little higher for such. In this role, you would initially help out with clerical related tasks such as helping organize the President, filing and screening phone calls and as time goes on, he is seeking someone to grow within the company into a more office management type role as well as become his "right hand man". A degree is required for this role and he is seeking three key qualities: organization ("white collar assembly line", attention to detail (process 5,000 payrolls monthly) and a great attitude (some who is looking for a career, stability, commit 1-2 years). This is a temporary to hire opportunity, with pay that ranges DOE. $30k to $50k FT.
