The company is currently seeking a results-oriented Human Resources Recruiter to join the team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a critical role in ensuring that we are hiring the best possible talent. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to uncover and attract top candidates, forging robust relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a swift hiring process. Responsibilities: 1. Developing a recruiting strategy that meets the organizational requirements. 2. Drafting and posting job advertisements on various job portals and websites. 3. Identifying future hiring needs and creating job descriptions and requirements. 4. Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates. 5. Coordinating interviews with hiring managers. 6. Handle the hiring process, including contract preparations and negotiations. 7. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. Requirements 1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. 2. Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. 3. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. 4. Experience with interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation. 5. Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and detail oriented networks. 6. Strong decision-making skills. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
