Description
A thriving civil litigation defense firm is seeking an Attorney to join its team! The ideal Attorney candidate will have at least 1 full year of California civil litigation experience as a licensed attorney. Insurance defense experience is preferred but not required.
Along with mentorship and training, this firm is offering this Attorney the ability to work 100% remotely. This Attorney must live and be able to commute to Los Angeles, CA, for appearances and depositions.
This Attorney will handle litigation matters from inception with the opportunity to second chair trials and manage her/his caseload of about 25 cases. Duties will include but are not limited to independently handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, discovery, drafting motions, trial preparation, and mediation.
