Robert Half Office Team Office Manager in Los Angeles, California
Hollywood Advertising agency is in search of a temporary to full time Office Manager for their 50 person office. This position is also a driving force in employee culture so an innovative, upbeat personality is a must. Duties include: assisting with facilities and vendor management, scheduling conference rooms, stocking supplies, and onboarding tasks. Additional operations and assistant duties to support the executive team will also be assigned including, but not limited to event planning, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. This is a temporary role with potential to go full time for the right candidate. The ideal office manager has experience managing employees and will have held a coordinator or office manger role in the past. 3+ years of office experience, excellent communication and strong organization skills. This position pays $55 - $65K dependent on experience.
