Robert Half Office Services Associate in Los Angeles, California

Description We are offering an opportunity for a detail-oriented Copy Clerk to be a part of our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Copy Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of office services, including reprographics copy and mail services, both in physical and digital environments. You will also be providing support for hospitality facilities, audio/visual reception, and other service lines as required.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize appropriate logs for all office services work

• Ensure that job tickets are properly filled out before beginning work

• Perform work in office services primarily reprographics mail and intake functions according to established procedures

• Follow procedures to run jobs in proper order

• Communicate with supervisor or client on job or deadline issues

• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work

• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems

• Prioritize workflow and perform quality assurance on own and others' work

• Load machines with various paper toner supplies

• Answer telephone emails and place service calls when needed

• Interact with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically

• Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner

• Assist with hospitality services as needed. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service.

• Familiarity with office functions and operations.

• Knowledge of office procedures and policies.

• Experience in answering inbound calls.

• Ability to supervise and manage a team.

• Proficiency in time management.

• Competency in workstation support.

• Excellent phone presence.

• Familiarity with hiring processes.

• Experience in scanning and handling documents.

• Previous experience in receptionist duties.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.

• Familiarity with facility management.

• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to maintain logs and records.

• Experience with machinery operation.

• Knowledge of quality assurance procedures.

• Ability to distribute faxes efficiently.

• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.

• Experience handling service calls.

• Proficiency in document scanning.

• Ability to ensure a clean and well-organized work environment.
