Robert Half Office Team Settlement Coordinator in Los Angeles, California

A leading ATM Network and Service Provider in West LA is seeking a Settlement Coordinator on a temporary-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for researching ATM cash balances, managing all bank emails and requests, processing bank settlement reports daily, and other administrative duties as needed. The role is heavy data entry into Excel and is minimal in terms of phone correspondence or customer service duties. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has a strong attention to detail, and is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. An Associates degree is required for this position and experience working within professional services or a bank is a plus. This is a call center environment, with hours 8 AM-5PM Monday through Friday for the first 60 days. Following so, rotating holidays and weekends may be implemented.
