Robert Half Real Estate Attorney - REMOTE in Lutherville, Maryland
Description
Our client is a boutique law firm with a national cand sophisticated client base all over the country. Their practice is national in scope and client base runs the spectrum of small to large, including national REITs, developers and large retailers to individuals interested in leasing or purchasing a small-scale building or office space. If you are a Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 7 years and have big firm experience, this would be an opportunity to manage sophisticated deals and work remotely.
Represent sophisticated real estate investment management companies in connection with the acquisition and disposition of real estate (primarily warehouses).
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
Supervise the review of title and survey and other diligence (leases, zoning, etc) and assist with problem solving and resolution of diligence issues.
Draft and negotiate commercial leases and lease amendments on behalf of both landlord and tenant.
Analyze and resolve legal issues while mitigating potential risks for our clients.
Communicate with clients, brokers, underwriters and seller/landlord/tenant’s counsel to effectuate efficient and timely closings.
Requirements
Barred in any state
Minimum 7+ years experience with commercial RE – acquisition
Big firm experience
