Description
We are recruiting for one of our best clients here in Madison, Wisconsin. We are looking for a Program Manager to help lead over 20 projects in motion and mentor Project Managers on the team! The successful candidate will be responsible for leading program management activities within our dynamic global organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams and project managers to ensure projects are deliver on time and within budget.
Oversee SaaS software implementation, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Use best practices for Waterfall and Agile implementation methods.
Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Identify project risks and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
Act as a key liaison between the organization and vendors, managing relationships and negotiations.
Job Qualifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a must.
Significant experience in Program Management within large and complex environments.
Proven experience supervising project managers, preferably within a global organization.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with SaaS software implementations.
Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of project risk management, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating potential issues.
Prior experience with vendor management, including the ability to negotiate and manage contract terms and conditions.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Management or Sr. Consultant role.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential.
• Knowledge of Waterfall Agile is a plus.
• Demonstrable experience in supervising teams and managing projects is required.
• Expertise in vendor management and managing vendor relationships is crucial.
• Must have a solid background in IT project management.
• The ability to identify, assess and mitigate IT risks is required.
• Strong management skills are crucial.
• Experience in IT Risk Management is preferred.
