This long-term contract / contract HR Assistant position is a terrific opportunity and is based in the Manchester, Connecticut area.
Major responsibilities
Research the internet to discover potential customers
Oversee employee database records
Perform various administrative duties
Develop new employee on-boarding orientation materials Requirements - Less than one year of experience is acceptable
Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Advanced in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment
Computer Literacy experience
Strong familiarity with Computer Literate
Knowledge of Computer Files
Experience with communication
Comprehensive knowledge of Computer Data Entry
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
Past experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
