Robert Half Accountemps Full Charge Bookkeeper in Manteca, California
Small medical office in immediate need of a part-time Full Charge Bookkeeper. The Full Charge Bookkeeper's main responsibility will be to handle 2 sets of books, one for the business and the second for the Doctors personal financials. Daily duties of the Bookkeeper will include: accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, processing bi-weekly payroll for 20 employees, vendor management and month-end close. This position offers flexibility in a warm and inviting work environment! Position starts next week.
Bookkeeper candidates with good attention to detail and 3+ years of experience in a similar role will be considered. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and working experience with QuickBooks are required.
