Description
A Robert Half client is seeking a new Software Developer to join their team. Apply for this position today if you think you can be responsible for implementing new features, maintaining existing code, and refactoring existing code across a breadth of products used both internally and externally at the company. This long-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity is based in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
Key responsibilities
Cooperate with Scrum team to supply precise work estimates
Solve and deliver production support
The ideal candidate for this job can maintain and develop new features to internal and external facing software to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues on various operating systems
Continually conduct code-review and unite with other developers
Give clear and consistent message around solutions and time estimate to client-facing program management teams
Requirements
Less than one year of experience
Prior work with API design
Comprehensive knowledge of PHP
PHP Development experience preferred
Foundational knowledge in Microsoft SQL
Proficiency in Laravel
You might be a good fit for this position if you are knowledge of education standards such as QTI/APIP, SIF, AIF
If you can write clean, standardized code that performs optimally in highly concurrent environments, you will be strongly preferred
You might be a good fit for this position if you have familiarity with full-stack development (front-end, to middle/application tier, to database)
Candidates with experience with at least one framework/library, e.g. Vue.js, Polymer, Angular.js, React.js, Ractive.js, Knockout.js, Ember.js, Bootstrap, etc. will be the best fit for this position.
