Description

We are looking for a Controller to join our machinery manufacturing team in Marysville, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close. You will also be expected to utilize your knowledge of ERP and inventory accounting to ensure the financial stability and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, estimate costs, and assist in making informed decisions

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and profit and loss reports

• Manage the month-end close process and ensure all financial deadlines are met

• Conduct cash flow analysis and variance analysis to identify areas of improvement

• Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard the company's assets

• Manage the company's ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system

• Utilize your knowledge of the manufacturing industry to make strategic financial decisions

• Perform inventory accounting duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and procedures.

The salary range for this position is $87,000 to $135,000.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Extensive experience in the Manufacturing Industry

• Proficiency in Budgeting and Forecasting

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Month End Close

• Strong skills in Financial Analysis and Financial Statement preparation

• Experience in Profit and Loss statements

• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis and Variance Analysis

• Experience in implementing and maintaining Internal Controls

• Proficiency in Inventory Accounting

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field

• CPA or CMA certification would be advantageous

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
