Key responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Correspond with clients and the counsel for the opposing side Requirements - Detailed and have the ability work independently

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• First-rate academic credentials and references

• Adeptness in Federal Government Contracts

• Contracts experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of Government compliance

• Experience with Redlining

• Deep understanding of commercial law

• Expertise in Commercial Contracts

• Solid understanding of corporate law

• Licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience

• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

• Sound written and verbal communication skills
