We are on the hunt for a meticulous Billing Supervisor to join our team in McLean, Virginia. This role is pivotal in managing our billing processes and ensuring efficient customer credit operations. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, overseeing the billing functions, and using your skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, IBM AS/400, and Microsoft Excel to deliver exceptional results. As the Billing Supervisor, you will oversee all billing transactions and activities produced by the billing team, ensuring proper collection of payments and genuine customer service. This candidate will also reconcile billings against the ledger, prepare financial statements, and create key billing metrics. The ideal Billing Supervisor must have ERP system experience, adherence to policies/best practices, and strong interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities

· Oversee the generation and distribution client invoices

· Process and reconcile payments

· Create weekly, monthly reports

· Develop strategic revenue generating goals

· Ensure compliance with local, state, federal regulations

· Track client invoices

· Mentor and train staff

· Resolve client inquiries

Requirements

The ideal Billing Supervisor will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

Other requirements for the Billing Supervisor role include and are not limited to:

· 3+ years billing experience

· Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills, Advanced Excel

· Extreme attention to detail
