Description
Robert Half is seeking a detail oriented data entry specialist who has experience with handling invoices and purchase orders, for a temp to hire opportunity located in the greater Harrisburg area. This person will help with entering data from financial documents, into an accounting software and organize the data using Microsoft Excel. Job Duties:
Organize data using Microsoft Excel
Review and analyze financial documents including receipts, invoices, and purchase orders, and enter the information into an accounting software
Work as part of a team and adapt to changes and new duties as needed
Scan, file, and organize documentation within an electronic system
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Requirements
Qualifications:
Data entry experience
Experience handling invoices
Ability to work M-F, 8am - 5pm
Experience within an accounting department is a plus, but not a requirement
