Description
Robert Half is working with a retail/travel industry leader who is looking to bring on an Accounting Assistant. This is a temporary to hire position and you must be able to work onsite schedule.
Overview of duties:
Support in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
Prepare invoices and process payments accurately and timely
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
Assist in month-end financial reports preparation
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documents
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
Associates of Accounting or Finance preferred
Intermediate Excel skills
Bilingual; English and Spanish
Thrives in a fast paced environment
Accounting software experience
