Description
Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and motivated Front Desk Coordinator with a passion for growth in the banking industry. This role involves providing customer support and requires an ambitious self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments. This long-term contract/temporary position is based in the Miami, Florida region.
How you will make an impact
Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate associate
Greet visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and manage room accommodations
Guide and direct clients and visitors according to the nature of their visit
Hand out cards or checkbooks to customers as required
Take customer requests for further processing
Assist the department in special projects and tasks as needed
Distribute daily incoming correspondence by sorting, distributing, and maintaining mail log
Ensure all general areas reflect optimal cleanliness, including floors, walls, and carpets
Ensure proper functioning of room's technological equipment, report nonfunctioning equipment to IT department
Handle mailing and recordkeeping of checkbooks and interest checks
Manage visitor and call logs, document them properly for report purposes
Manage contingencies in the branch, such as system outages, redirecting customers and visitors during unforeseeable events
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual Spanish
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Professional demeanor and appearance
