Opening for an Internal Auditor (Entry Level from Big 4 - welcome to Apply)
Location: Miami
Schedule: M-F; 8:30-5:30 hours with Work-Life balance; 1 day Remote/4 In office
Travel: 6-7 times Maximum yearly; Domestic & International b/w a few states in US & LATAM.
Salary: $80,000 + 2 Bonus's
Benefits: 80% Medical Paid for Employee; 20 days PTO grows to 30 days; Holidays, 401k Match, Tuition reimbursement, Other insurances/benefit and Perks.
Company & Position Overview: Maritime Shipments organization in over 150 + countries on a Global scale network; with an International HQ in Europe and US HQ in Miami. This is new position opening due to growth. And reports to the Director of Internal Audit in small team of 4.

Position Specs: Ensure compliance with company policy on Internal audits within accounting, administration and operations activities; Review & Analyze business processes, internal controls and procedures and compliance requirements; data, accounts, transaction, documentation, operations, costs and related materials; Take action on necessary adjustments, provide appraisals of internal control structure of functions or systems; verify adherence to operating rules and investigate irregularities documenting work performed and deviations; provide value added recommendations and reporting on process improvements and corrective measures found during audit process; Other skills; Data mining; Financial audit testing; Scope of work planning. Use of Excel, ERP/Oracle a plus, other software's. Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese is highly needed.
Requirements
1+ years of public audit or consulting experience; corporate internal audit experience also acceptable
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration
Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese is highly needed.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Working with external auditors to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Proficiency with MS Office Suite/ Excel, any ERP/Oracle a plus
