OfficeTeam is recruiting for Super Star Call Center Representative! We are partnering with a well-known insurance agency in Millbrae. Our client is looking for a bi-lingual Mandarin/Cantonese candidate that is fluent in both languages. This is a part-time position from the hours of 10:00am – 2:00pm. Your role is to provide personalized service dedicated and ensuring that the customer's experience is enjoyable and our client's customer needs are met in a timely fashion. SUMMARY The Support Center Representative/Call Center Representative is responsible for supporting and representing the Company by providing World Class service to our client's customers, vendors, guests, stores, and associates. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Research, resolve, and respond to complex questions and issues received from customers; this includes phone as well as e-mail correspondence.

  • Utilize internal Systems and helpdesk functionality to help track valuable information to support the entire organization;

  • Handle basic customer transactions

  • Light calendar management along with scheduling appointments,

  • Handle credit card payments and process credit card payments.

  • Coordinate user support for stores and field personnel to ensure timely distribution of knowledge and positive impact on user satisfaction and productivity

  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings, current company policies, and methods of support delivery, in order to provide prompt and proper solutions to users

  • Act independently in performing duties with the set service level agreement

  • Participate in team projects that enhance the quality and efficiency of support

  • Relies on instructions, pre-established guidelines and Company policies to perform the function of the job QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent;

  • 1 or more years of experience in a retail environment or in a related area, with prior experience in a customer service and/or a call center environment;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential and a high sense of urgency as well as the ability to handle multiple simultaneous calls;

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to provide and maintain positive customer service and advanced communication, problem solving, and technical writing skills;
