Description
This position will manage design changes and documentation updates needed to support product maintenance. An individual in this role will lead cross-functional teams in engineering assignments on a task-by-task basis and independently plan execute and direct cross-functional engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize excellent communication skills to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams within a matrix management structure.
Exercise independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and adapting engineering techniques to meet project requirements.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
Minimum of three to five years of professional experience in engineering or related field.
Proven experience with matrix management, including effectively navigating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated independent judgment and decision-making abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
