An growing healthcare clinic in the Minneapolis area is seeking a call center representative to assist their team temporarily. Responsibilities include: - Scheduling appointments for patients - Answering incoming calls promptly and in a polite and detail oriented manner - Obtaining and entering accurate demographic information into their EMR system - Accurately scheduling appointments correctly - Informing caller of items to bring to appointment (including insurance card, medications, office visit fee, and verification of income - if applicable). - Act as a liaison for the patients and the Health Center and direct calls to other departments as needed. - Making appointment reminder calls as requested.
