Reporting into the Team Lead, the Claims Intake Reps will be responsible for providing front line customer service and new claim intake within the customer service center, this position will be answering internal and external calls, completing new claim reports, coordinating initial repair processes, documenting and directing inquiries to appropriate departments and parties, performing other related administrative functions on a daily basis.
