Robert Half Licensing Coordinator in Monticello, Minnesota

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator based in Monticello, Minnesota. The primary function of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of life insurance applications. You will be providing top-notch customer service, creating efficiencies, and collaborating closely with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all requirements are met on new life insurance applications before submission to the insurance carrier

• Handle the ordering of medical exams and records as necessary

• Conduct regular reviews and follow-ups with agents and carriers on all requirements

• Manage all life insurance case processing within Salesforce

• Deliver professional correspondence via email and phone in a timely and efficient manner

• Meet all service level agreements through efficient work practices

• Gain a thorough understanding of carrier workflows and navigate carrier websites effectively

• Collaborate closely with team members to meet common goals and assist when able

• Utilize your skills in Customer Service, Life Insurance, Background Checks, Composing Correspondence, Email Correspondence, Multi-line Phone Systems, and Salesforce.com. Requirements • The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator or in a similar role.

• Proficient in the use of Salesforce.com for customer relationship management.

• Exceptional customer service skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients.

• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems for efficient communication within the organization.

• Ability to compose and manage email correspondence professionally.

• Knowledge of life insurance policies and processes is essential.

• Experience in conducting background checks for potential employees.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required for effective coordination of administrative tasks.

• The candidate must have a high level of integrity and maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
