Description We are offering an opportunity for a Sr. Executive Assistant in Moreland, Georgia. This role plays a critical part in our team, primarily responsible for managing complex scheduling, serving as a point of contact for stakeholders, and coordinating special projects. This position is within the telecom industry and requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex scheduling and calendar arrangements for the COO, including appointments, meetings, and travel plans. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing incoming communications efficiently. • Coordinate special projects and initiatives, including conducting research, preparing presentations, and ensuring timely execution. • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information, including financial data and strategic plans. • Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, clients, investors, and other external partners through effective communication. • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in support of the COO's objectives. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other tools to maintain organization and manage tasks. • Handle and resolve customer complaints using excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills. • Utilize administrative skills to support C-level executives and manage various administrative tasks. • Prepare presentations and handle travel arrangements as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales assistant role or similar position

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Demonstrated ability to handle complaints and liaise with C-Suite executives

• Significant administrative experience, including administrative assistance and oversight

• Proven skills in managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements

• Experience in preparing presentations for various audiences

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven ability in creative problem-solving

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively

• Proven track record of reliability and consistency in previous roles

• Must demonstrate detail oriented and ethical behavior at all times
