Robert Half HR Services is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator for a 3-month contract engagement with their client. Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling for interviews and communicate all interview logistics with candidates and interview teams

  • Receive requests from recruiters to schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring managers

  • Greet and set up all onsite interviews

  • Work alongside the recruiters and update the ATS to reflect candidate's process

  • Contact hiring managers, recruiters and candidates via email or phone

  • Send confirmation emails once interview date and time have been established

  • Assist with recruiting events.
