Robert Half Systems Analyst in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey
Description We are offering an opportunity for a Systems Analyst role in the telecom industry, based in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementation and management, SQL database extracts, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand EDI requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support data retrieval and manipulation
• Perform regular query tuning and optimization to enhance system efficiency
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL extracts, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer credit records
• Utilize skills in Database, DB2 Database, EO/IR systems, IBM, Microsoft, AB Testing, Business Requirement Document, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, and EDI - Electronic Data Interchange. Requirements • Proficiency in Database and DB2 Database operations
• Experience with EO/IR systems
• Familiarity with IBM and Microsoft systems
• Knowledge of AB Testing procedures
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents
• Understanding of Computer Hardware systems
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Familiarity with software and system Deployments
