Job Location: Onsite in Murfreesboro, TN/Hybrid (For highly competent candidates)
About The Job: We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP Data Analyst for our transitioning system from an older SAP version to SAP S/4 Hana. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP systems, excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to make substantial contributions to our manufacturing efficiency strategies. This is a temporary project role expected to last approximately 10 months.
Responsibilities:
Participating in the planning and execution of data migration from older SAP systems to SAP S/4 Hana.
Analyzing and mapping the required data for migration, identifying key data attributes, and designing the appropriate data structure.
Managing the data cleansing, conversion, loading, reconciliation and refreshing activities to ensure that all data is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
Developing and conducting tests to ensure the ease of accessibility and reliability of data in the SAP S/4 Hana system.
Working cross-functionally with stakeholders and ERP team to capture and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Supporting user training on the new SAP S/4 Hana system and resolving any related issues.
Continuously monitoring data quality and integrity, and developing data models and reporting systems as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field.
Proven experience with SAP data analysis, data migration, with an in-depth understanding of SAP S/4 Hana.
Excellent understanding of SAP data structures, schemas, SAP tables and fields.
Proficient in validating data by creating and executing complex SQL queries
Strong knowledge of data cleansing methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
Strong project management, organization, and team collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
