One of our retail clients in Bergen County, NJ is currently seeking a highly motivated POS Support Analyst to provide level I & II coverage during the holiday period. This candidate must be able to provide clear and concise step by step instructions over the phone. Support Analyst will remote into POS systems throughout the metro area during peak hours.
