Description We are providing an opportunity for a Database Analyst in the media industry, located in New York, New York, United States. This role involves various tasks associated with managing databases, analyzing data and ensuring efficient data warehousing. The employment type for this role is on a contractual basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain database systems to ensure optimal performance and security

• Use Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and other related technologies to design and implement database strategies

• Perform AB Testing to validate changes and improvements to the database systems

• Utilize backup technologies for data preservation and recovery

• Develop and implement data warehousing strategies for effective data collection and storage

• Create and maintain documentation detailing the configuration and operation of databases

• Analyze database issues and implement solutions

• Work with Microsoft Excel and Airtable for data organization and analysis

• Ensure the integrity, stability, and security of databases

• Collaborate with other team members to meet company objectives and project deadlines. Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience as a Database Analyst or in a similar role within the Media industry.

• Proficiency in Database design and management.

• Experience with EO/IR systems.

• Strong skills in Microsoft tools, including Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Excel.

• Proficiency in MySQL.

• Experience in AB Testing.

• Familiarity with Backup Technologies is desirable.

• Knowledge of Data Warehousing is a must.

• Capable of producing clear and concise Documentation.

• Experience with design and implementation of databases.

• Familiarity with Airtable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
