A media firm located in Manhattan is currently seeking a Front Office Manager with 2+ years of experience. This position has excellent growth opportunity. In this multi-faceted role you will be required to handle all incoming calls, transfer to proper personnel, take messages, meet and greet all clients and customers, manage conference room schedule, sort/deliver mail and packages, as well as other basic office duties. Applicants should have at least 1 year of corporate experience as a receptionist and excellent communication skills.
