Description We are searching for a skilled Help Desk Analyst I to join our team located in North Billerica, Massachusetts. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for triaging user issues using various software such as Office 365, Case Systems Management Software, and Bomgar (Beyond Trust) – Remote Support Software. This role is within the telecom provider industry and requires expertise in various skills including Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware, MS Office 365, Bomgar.
Responsibilities:
• Triage user issues efficiently and effectively
• Utilize software such as Office 365 and Bomgar (Beyond Trust) for issue resolution
• Manage Case Systems Management Software for tracking and reporting
• Maintain knowledge of Citrix Technologies, Database, and EO/IR systems
• Use Microsoft, Active Directory, and Lotus Notes in daily tasks
• Handle Computer Hardware and Configuration Management
• Provide Deskside Support and manage Desktop Hardware
• Use MS Office 365 and Bomgar for various tasks and support. Requirements • Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Citrix Technologies
• Proficiency in Database management
• Understanding and experience with EO/IR systems
• Competency in Lotus Notes software
• Proficient with Microsoft technologies
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Proven skills in Deskside Support
• Knowledge of Desktop Hardware components
• Familiarity with MS Office 365 applications
