Description

This reputable business needs someone to handle project timelines, update project status, assist in wrapping up budgets under budget, project reconciliation, cost variance communications, handle AIA billing, ensure correct coding of accounts payable invoices and more. What you get to do every day:
Coordination of all projects collectively; helping to set priorities and make adjustments.
Update the project status board with meaningful, up to date information, including estimated completion dates
Communication with customer about progress and/or delays.
Help with project closure, especially inspections.
Continuously reconcile every project.
Communicate discrepancies/variances with Project Manager as projects progress.
Identify opportunities for change orders if we perform services outside of project scope.
Understand AIA billing, Notices of Commencement and Notices of Furnishing
Requirements
Candidates must have:
Bachelor's Degree
Construction Industry Experience
Tech Savvy (strong MS Excel, MS Project and ERP experience)
CCIFP Certification highly desired
