Robert Half Corporate Counsel for Growing Legal Department-West Suburbs in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois
Description
Global financial services company located in Oakbrook seeks a corporate counsel to join their growing team. The company offers a collaborative and dynamic environment. The Corporate Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel and executive team. Some responsibilities include:
Draft and negotiate a high volume of client service agreements and other complex contracts.
Research and prepare a variety of policies and procedures for the company including regulatory licensing, data privacy, anti-money laundering, and data retention.
Prepare documentation required to establish and license new business entities in international jurisdictions.
Oversee corporate service providers in foreign jurisdictions in connection with ensuring compliance with applicable corporate formalities.
Provide support to other legal staff on broad range of topic areas, including compliance and employment.
