How you will make an impact
Maintain and improve calendars and billing sheets
Assist attorneys in effective and efficient resolution of files
Organize client interaction
Transmit legal correspondence to clients
Apply specialized knowledge of legal procedures
Assist with supporting several attorneys
Under attorney supervision, be able to handle assigned files and deliver legal services
Be able to effectively and efficiently communicate with clients over the phone
Carry out administrative tasks as necessary
Requirements - Proficiency in database management
Strong time management skills preferred
Hands-on experience with legal correspondence and court filing procedures is a plus
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Civil Litigation Experience experience desired
Solid knowledge / understanding of local jurisdictional and federal court rules and procedures
Prowess with word processing and spreadsheets highly sought after
