Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting processes.
Conduct detailed analysis of financial data and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements in all financial activities.
Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements and reconciliations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the effectiveness of accounting operations.
Support audit processes and respond to auditor inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
CPA designation preferred.
4+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous learner with a hunger for personal and professional growth.
