Robert Half Office Team Administrative Assistant in Ocoee, Florida
A marine company located in Ocoee is looking for a temporary to hire Administrative Assistant to add to their team. The hours of this position will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00am-5:00pm, with a 30 minute lunch. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provides administrative support to sales team and customer service department including; incoming calls, customer order data entry, and various office functions. * Responsible for answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service. * Type letters, quotes, reports, and other types of correspondence. * Maintains computer data base for parts and catalog including maintaining and updating price changes. * Prepares labels for the departments and maintains the data base for labels by entering new information, maintaining current data and editing the files. * Prepares activity and production reports for management and sales. * Assists department head to prepare for trade shows. * Maintains mailing list and prepares mailings as requested by management. * Organizes and maintains department files and records. QUALIFICATIONS: * Manufacturing environment experience preferred but not required. * Able to handle heavy, multiple line phone system with a clear and welcoming voice. * Exceptional customer service skills. * Accuracy in data entry. * Must be an energetic, enthusiastic, and detailed oriented person able to handle multiple tasks in a fast pace environment. * Must be proficient with Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. * Excellent written and oral communication skills
