Robert Half Office Team Customer Service Representative in Omaha, Nebraska
Prime Therapeutics is looking for costumer service specialists. They are wanting someone with these qualities: patience, connect dots, flexibility, accuracy within computer systems, EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE, wanting to satisfy costumers needs. They need to be tech savvy dealing with multiple computer systems at once. This is an annual need for their peak season of enrollment. It will start on October 19th or October 26th and last till the end of March - it may last longer. They are going to be dealing with call volume, plan changes, and new members signing up. They will be working on the prime mail calls portion of Prime Therapu. Order of rank goes: Supervisor, Lead, Senior Specialists, THEN OUR CANDIDATE: Costumer Service Specalist. They will have numerous support above them to help with any needs. I dont know the exact supervisor for each candidate as the may be on different teamsTraining program will last for 5 weeks. THEY HAVE TO HAVE 100% attendance. Pay scale depends on experience in costumer service industry.
