Customer Service Representative Openings! OfficeTeam has an excellent career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative in the digital services industry. As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in serving as a front-line ambassador to our customers. You will assist with questions, making payments, returning/exchanging equipment, and demonstrating our products and services. How you will make an impact: - Providing guests with a warm and welcoming greeting upon arrival and exit; including a smile, handshake and opening the door for each customer- Retrieve equipment for customers entering the store, following proper equipment retrieval procedure- Assist customers with our payment kiosk- Ensure sales floor remains well merchandised, clean and visually appealing at all times- Explain and demonstrate products and accessories using demonstration stations, offering suggestions based on customers' wants and needs- Assist with other duties as requestedWhat we're looking for: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to interact effectively with clients/ customers- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Must have reliable, consistent transportation- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a service-oriented, fast-paced team environment- Ability to move and stand for long periods of time- Willingness to work a flexible schedule which includes some weekends, evenings, and holidaysIf you are a service 'champion' who looks to improve and deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs, we want to hear from you.
